Don’t they say laughter is the best medicine?
Join us on October 6 for large doses of laughter when we show you how to find “Humor in Knitting “! Our very own quirky and often hilarious Cyd Bogner will share with us humorous sources and stories which will keep us in stitches. Then, our diabolical creature, Sheila Sagerer, will present her legendary double cross deception project which has been a source of laughter to her entire family for years! And, fina…lly, we invite you all to share your own humorous knitting projects.
Please note that if you have a project which would belong in a “Show and Tell of Shame”, you may choose to submit your project anonymously by contacting any member of the program committee (Sheila Sagerer – firstname.lastname@example.org, Cyd Bogner – email@example.com, JoAnn Woodcock – firstname.lastname@example.org, or Geanie Helfrich – email@example.com).
If you are working on last month’s project or have finished it, the See-Through Flower Shawl, please bring it to the meeting.
Don’t forget the baby hat raffle. Get a raffle ticket for each baby hat/angel blanket/chemo hat brought to the meeting (all items must be completely finished) and be eligible to win a prize.
The meetings of MVKG are held the first Tuesday evening of the month at Beavercreek Church of the Nazarene, 1850 N. Fairfield Road, Beavercreek, OH. Meetings begin at 7 PM.
